About Thermatic®Is a wholly own subsidiary of Market House Ltd who purchased Thermatic Maintenance Ltd in 1997.
Turnover has increased from £1.6 million in 1997 to £11.9 million to the end of March 2009. Growth has been steady, controlled at around 15% per annum with the ultimate goal being £25 million of profitable turnover by the end of March 2013.
Thermatic® are a genuine commercial mechanical and electrical building services contractor covering the whole range of disciplines one would expect ranging from conceptual design through detail design, construction phase and ongoing facilities management. Thermatic work across a whole range of commercial and industrial projects for clients in varying market sectors and serve the UK.
Growth has come generally by expanding the range of services we offer and gradually increasing our multi site client base by providing innovative design, trouble free construction phase and ongoing attention with facilities provision.
