The Development of the people in our business is integral to our culture. We are so passionate about developing our people that we have built our own Training Academy, which houses Commercial HVAC equipment from all the top suppliers. We provide our own training together with our suppliers to ensure all our engineers are accredited and up to date with the latest technologies.
In addition to in-house development programmes Thermatic provide supported learning opportunities for professional qualifications, industry skills and apprenticeships.
Training our own generation of people is critical to growing our business. To recognise this we run regular Graduate Recruitment Schemes to provide opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
