GRADUATE FAST TRACK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Thermatic provide high quality and cost effective heating, ventilation and air-conditioning solutions to a broad spectrum of clients across the UK.
Our team of experts offer bespoke design, project management, installation and maintenance services for customers across a wide range of sectors.
We have a broad geographical spread and many customers rely on our quick response time to provide a business critical reactive service.
Many of our customers are blue chip brands operating in industries such as automotive, retail, social housing, hospitality and leisure, logistics, aerospace and manufacturing.
Objective of the scheme
As a rapidly growing business with strong expectations for the future we recognize the requirement to bring in new people to our business. By initiating a Fast Track Scheme we hope to develop some less experienced individuals through the business giving diversity and further breadth of knowledge.
The roles will be positioned over a 12 month period across all 4 companies in our business.
Time will be allocated to each business and from day 1 the candidates will be considered as analysts to learn, review, consider and discuss current processes and practices with the incumbent management team.
The candidates will be coached through each sector by the relevant Managing Director and Senior Managers and will report into the commercial director on a weekly basis.
Exposure in each of the businesses will be to areas such as :-
- People Management
- Workload Planning
- Financial planning
- Commercial exposure/Risk Management
- Contractor Management
- Day to Day operations
Time in each sector will be allocated and Mentors provided for each learning environment.
Throughout the 12 month program the candidates will be given external training on varying subjects including but not limited to Managing people, Managing performance, Marketing, Sales and Finance.
After the 12 month program
After the 12 Month program the candidates will be reviewed and the best performers offer the opportunity to take a management role in one of the 4 businesses where they have proven to excel.
A further low intensity development program will run following the placement to increase specific subject matter knowledge.

Salary £23,000.00 pa for the first 12 months. Increasing accordingly for the successful candidates who take a management role after.
